1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, submitting inquiry forms, or engaging the services of V Technocon Consultant Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern all consulting transactions, site visits, and data appraisals undertaken by our team.
2. Scope of Services
We provide multidisciplinary techno-financial consulting services. The specific scope of work for any assignment (such as a TEV Study, Lender's Independent Engineer report, or Third-Party Inspection) will be detailed in the individual Letter of Award (LoA) or Proposal Letter exchanged between the promoter/bank and us.
All reports prepared are based on technical details, market estimates, and financial assets current at the date of appraisal.
3. Promoter & Client Obligations
For us to compile professional, bank-acceptable appraisal reports, the client/promoter agrees to:
- Provide accurate, genuine, and verified financial books, DPR projections, land titles, and machinery quotes.
- Facilitate entry and full cooperation during physical site visits and machinery audits by our designated field engineers.
- Obtain all necessary statutory local approvals, environment NOCs, and industrial power clearances required for the project.
We do not verify the authenticity of third-party audit documents or balance sheets supplied by the client; we assume them to be true representation of assets.
4. Report Disclaimers
Our appraisal reports (TEV and LIE monitoring studies) are engineered to assist banks and lenders in credit appraisal. While we apply standard industry practices and engineering audits:
- Reports do not constitute financial underwriting or a direct guarantee of loan approval by empaneled banks.
- Projections and market forecasts contain assumptions regarding future economic conditions, government policies, and commodity prices which may vary.
- We accept no liability for financial losses incurred by promoters or third-parties relying on our evaluations for non-credit investments.
5. Professional Fees & Retainers
Professional fees for assignments are structured based on scope, location of site audits, and complexity. Standard terms are:
- A retainer fee is payable upon signing of the Letter of Award (LoA) prior to launching site inspections.
- Remaining balances are linked to drafts and final submission of bank-ready appraisals.
- All travel, boarding, and local logistics expenses incurred for outstation site inspections are billed as actuals unless explicitly bundled in the proposal.
6. Intellectual Property
The corporate branding, watermarks, proprietary report templates, assessment methodologies, and content on this website are the sole property of V Technocon Consultant Pvt. Ltd.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to submit completed feasibility reports to empaneled banking committees. The templates, engineering formulas, or survey structures may not be repackaged or sold to other consulting entities.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of our consulting assignments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
